U.S. – U.K. Conference and Dialogue

Launched in 2018, the U.S.-UK Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) Dialogue is convened by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the UK Department of Business and Trade, alternating locations between the United States and the United Kingdom.

The SME Dialogue brings together small businesses on both sides together with officials to discuss trade opportunities and challenges and aims to foster increased bilateral trade opportunities for small businesses. The event will feature presentations by senior trade officials and small businesses from both countries and is expected to attract 120 participants.

Participation is complimentary on a space available basis and is open to SME stakeholder communities both in the U.S. and UK. The in-person event will address key topics essential to market entry, including current market trends, available resources and best practices. Participating companies will have the opportunity to network and engage with trade promotion agencies from both countries.
