Baldrige Assessment

Baldrige Assessments have been developed through the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, a national education program.  The focus of the Baldrige Program is continuous improvement.  The assessments address seven Baldrige Criteria categories:

Baldrige Assessments can be administered on two levels:  “Are We Making Progress” and “Are We Making Progress as Leaders.”  The two levels allow comparisons of different groups’ responses.
