Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) / Government contract consultant with 30 years top shelf experience specializing in DCAA, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). The scope of work includes all subjects involving the DCAA, the FAR and government contracting cost accounting in general.  Expertise encompasses any industry including all forms of government contracts. Work has encompassed the Department of Defense and almost every civilian government procurement agency. Ed has also worked on projects involving numerous state and municipal agencies.
