Dr. Mike Seibert specializes in helping midsize businesses owner-managers improve their competitiveness and profitability by linking global strategy to people and performance. As their trusted advisor, he helps client-companies:
- Formulate and implement their vision, mission, goals and objectives;
- Strengthen alignment between their domestic and global strategy;
- Refine their international product and costing strategies; and
- Analyze their financial performance and trade finance options.
Dr. Seibert received his BS in accounting from Widener University, MBA with attention to international marketing from Campbell University, and EdD in training and development from NC State University. He is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) and Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP). Mike also serves as adjunct faculty for Campbell University and SKEMA School of Business.
