Small businesses will have an opportunity to get involved with the project as subcontractors. All new subcontractors and vendors for the project must be pre-qualified with the project’s contractor, Whiting-Turner.

Attendees at this in-person event will hear about the following topics related to competitive bidding from Whiting-Turner.
