NC World Trade Association Annual Summit

The summit will take place on September 17th – 18th, 2026 — with an optional opening night welcome reception on September 16th at the hotel for early arrivals — at the beautiful Charlotte Marriott SouthPark, in Charlotte, NC. The summit brings together top business and industry leaders, owner-managers, shippers, manufacturers, importers, exporters, supply chain experts, government leaders, students and professors from our colleges and universities, and trade professionals engaged in global trade. Attendees will hear the latest insights and updates on North Carolina’s international business engagement and infrastructure, capital investments and resources, how to prepare and adjust to current challenges, and leave the event with a relevant global overview of business impacts and how these apply and can shape their own business goals and objectives.

The summit program will feature keynote addresses and interactive panel discussions with international business experts. Panel topics will include: Geopolitical Insights, Trade & Compliance, Tariffs, Finance & Markets, Currency Stability, Logistics & Infrastructure, and more. 

There will also be time for networking and interactive group discussions.
