  • Assistance selling to federal, state, and local government entities and companies
  • Completing mandatory and beneficial registrations
  • Identifying business development programs and applicable certifications
  • Researching contract award history
  • Locating specifications and standards
  • Identifying contracting opportunities
  • Understanding solicitation requirements and terminology
  • Reviewing bids and proposals and best practices
