Understanding the Basics of Government Contracting
New to Government Contracting? The GovCon Webinar Series is the perfect starting point. Over the course of seven sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of government contracting, covering topics like business readiness, SAM and DSBS registration, NAICS codes, certifications, and more. While it’s beneficial to attend all seven sessions, it’s not required.
Each session begins with a 30-minute presentation by SBTDC’s government contracting experts, focusing on a specific topic. The presentation will be followed by an hour of Q&A and one-on-one sessions with GCAP counselors, where you can get personalized advice for your business. This series is ideal for entrepreneurs and small businesses just beginning their journey into government contracting.
