It is my pleasure to reach you. My name is CK Kim and I am a CEO of EnerVision, specializing in Li-ion battery pack businesses. I sincerely wish that we can be registered for SBIR program and receive supports for developing the products/businesses.
Thanks to my prior work experiences at Apple as a Sr. Global Supply Manager managing Li-ion battery suppliers from 2008 to 2013, I was able to build up strong networks with Li-ion battery cell and pack manufacturers. I established EnerVision in 2016 as I saw the great vision in this industry from these experiences. Our businesses are divided into two main sectors, portable power station businesses for B2B and B2C consumer electronic market, and project base battery pack businesses targeting for E-Scooter applications. We are planning to launch portable Li-ion battery power stations, 204W & 444W, which are mainly used as a back-up power for camping, medical and car jump starters etc. Regarding the battery pack businesses for E-Scooter, I believe it will be the main backbone of our future businesses due to our competitiveness in technology and greater market demands. We are at stage of LOI discussions with Singapore based E-Scooter company targeting for South East Asia market.
1. Li-ion battery power stations (consumer electronic products for B2B & B2C)
1) Built with Li-ion batteries (competitive edges as compared with lead acid batteries)
– Higher voltage (3.7V vs 2.0V)
– Longer cycle life (500 vs 200)
– Higher energy density: higher capacity for the sizes
– No hazardous RoHS vs Lead acid
2) Premium brand Li-ion battery cells:
– 204W (3.7V 56,000mAh): LG Chem (Li-ion cylindrical cells), the 2nd largest Li-ion battery cell manufacturer based in Korea, one of major suppliers for Apple
– 444W (3.7V 120,000mAh): ATL (Li-ion polymer cells), the largest Li-ion battery supplier for Apple and the largest manufacturer in Li-ion polymer segment
3) Lightest and and compact size
– EnerVision 204W power station: 8.35 x 3.74 x 2.95” (212 x 95 x 75mm) / 3.2lbs (1.45kg)
– EnerVision 444W power station: 10.24 x 4.33 x 7.09” (260 x 110 x 180mm) / 7.94 lbs (3.6kg)
4) Sine Wave Inverter enables converting DC to AC output
– Widely compatible for all devices under 120W (EnerVision 204W) or 300W (EnerVision 444W) electronic goods
– Smart phone, computers, tablet PC, fan, camera, lamp, electronic goods etc.
5) Intelligent protection circuit design (prevent over charge, over discharge, over current etc)
6) Type C PD (30W) functions for 204W product
7) Car jump starter & e-cigarette functions for 444W product
8) LED light (good for emergency SOS light)
9) Solar panel charging
10) Application: Back-up power for household electronic goods in case of house outage, outdoor activities (camping, fishing, travels), medical uninterrupted electricity, emergency relief, car jump starter etc.

2. E-Scooter battery packs (project base battery pack businesses targeting E-Scooter manufacturers, B2B only)
1) Premium brand Li-ion battery cell direct sourcing from LG Chem and ATL (two of top 4 Li-ion battery cell manufacturers in the world)
2) Proven OEM manufacturing capabilities for battery pack & BMS (Battery Management System) in Shenzhen, China
3) US Patent technology for designing BMS, Pack from battery pack engineering team based in Asia
4) High current battery cell balancing/equalizing technology: no sudden drop of state of charge, strong safety features
5) Accurate real time state of charge conditions communication
6) Secondary protection with heat dissipation materials
7) CAN communication communicating with E-Scooter motor and battery packs
8) Automatic battery management system auto analysis
Looking forward to having a F2F discussions with you soon.
