Get a Grip on Your Business Webinar

Get a Grip on Your Business – a simple system for running a successful organization

The first of five webinars on the Entrepreneurial Operating System.

Many of the most successful entrepreneurs and business leaders work longer hours and get less return on their investments of time and money.

Maybe you grapple with some of these challenges:

  • Lack of control over time, markets or your company.
  • People who don’t listen, understand or follow through.
  • Profit that’s inconsistent or inadequate.
  • Growth that is happening, but you can’t break through to the next level.
  • Quick fixes that come-and-go with little change and continued frustrations.

Get a grip on your business.

Speaker: Paul Levering
Paul Levering is a serial entrepreneur with firsthand experience in starting, growing, buying and selling a variety of businesses.

Working as a McDonald’s manager to pay for business school, Paul developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for long term thinking. In 2002, after 12 years in the corporate world, Paul founded a Hosted VoIP telephone company – eventually creating the largest independent VoIP provider in the southeast. During that time, he joined the Raleigh-Durham chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization – ultimately serving as a 7-year board member and President.

After a successful exit and a one-year sabbatical, he and a partner bought two commercial HVAC and refrigeration businesses in 2013.  Applying the Entrepreneurial Operating System from the book Traction, they doubled revenues and now Paul has the freedom to do the part of business he loves most – leading teams to clarify, simplify and achieve their vision as a Professional EOS Implementer, Meeting Facilitator, and Speaker.
