ABOUT THE JOB:
Garney Federal has been recently awarded a $49M water treatment project at Cherry Point for the US Navy. This $49 Million project constructs a multi-story reinforced concrete masonry unit building with pile foundation, reinforced concrete slab and floors, structural steel framing, brick masonry exterior, steel trusses, and standing seam metal roof. The new building will house the chemical feed systems, high service pumps, multimedia pressure filters, membrane filtration skids, storage tanks, generators, post treatment chemical feed systems, administrative space, laboratory space and a communication room.
SUB-CONTRACTOS NEEDED FOR THE JOB:
SITE WORK: earth work, clearing grubbing, temporary roads, building pads. fencing, parking lots
UTILITIES: electrical, communication, potable water, sewer, storm sewer natural gas. utility trenching
CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION: poured in place concrete slabs, foundations, and walls; curbs and gutters
BUILDING: dry wall, steel studs, interior finishes, administrative building electrical, roofing, insulation
LANDSCAPING: irrigation, sod, plants
TRAFFIC CONTROL
MATERIAL SUPPLIES: ready mix, aggregates, piles, construction materials
