In this workshop participants will:

- Identify several ways to adapt your communication style to suit your customer’s style
- Practice 4 tools designed to help you focus and perform more effectively when under pressure
- Learn 20 interesting sales stats that will help you succeed
Whether you sell to businesses, consumers or government agencies, if you want to increase your ability to build relationships that drive sales and profitability, plan to attend this hands-on, interactive workshop. Prior to the session, participants will complete an online Everything DiSC® Sale Assessment – one of the most widely used personal assessment tools for developing stronger sales skills.
