About the Speaker
Jackson Wyatt Moore
Jackson Moore focuses his law practice on government contracting and dispute
resolution. He advises clients on drafting and negotiating government contracts
and subcontracts and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations. He
is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Public Contract Law
and is the author of the North Carolina Chapter of the ABA’s “Guide to State
Procurement: A 50 State Primer.”
David Hayden
David Hayden, a former army lawyer and federal prosecutor, has extensive
experience in government contracting, corporate investigations and employment
law. He advises a variety of government contractors on a broad range of federal
contracting issues such as teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, joint
ventures, nondisclosure agreements, the SBA 8(a) business development program,
SDVOSB certification, ITARs, Corporate Ethics and OCI compliance issues.
