| MANAGEMENT EDUCATION
How do you plan for your company's future—and
not just spend your day putting out fires?
How are you addressing and managing change in your
industry?
How do you measure your team's performance?
To help you answer these questions, the SBTDC has carefully
researched and developed educational products to fit the increasingly
complex needs of today's small to medium-sized companies.
Our educational programs focus on change management, strategic
positioning, and leadership development. Among these are:
Strategic Needs Assessment (.pdf)
This assessment helps owners and managers identify priorities
and action strategies to evaluate their company in such areas
as management vision, finance, marketing, human resources,
operations, and information technology.
NxLeveL™ (.pdf)
NxLeveL enhances entrepreneurial skills by providing a practical,
hands-on approach to developing a business action plan. This
6-week program is conducted by SBTDC counselors and prominent
local business leaders.
Management Performance Workshops (.pdf)
The Management Performance Series is tailored to a company's
priorities in such areas as team building, attracting and
retaining key people, sales performance, customer service,
and career development.
Strategic Performance Retreats (.pdf)

planning and positioning to help them gain long-term competitive
advantage.
