SBTDC's International Business Development (IBD) program provides service

a product).
IBD supports the US Small Business Administration’s
Export Working Capital Loan Guarantee program through one-on-one client counseling
and referral to the SBA export finance officer in Charlotte. See http://www.sba.gov/oit/
for details on the SBA’s international programs.
IBD

States (Ex-Im Bank), representing the bank
in a business development role. Ex-Im
Bank is an independent US
government agency which helps finance the overseas sales of US goods and services.
The SBTDC’s international staff travels to the various regions of North
