• Cancellations received up to November 26, 2008 are refundable less 50% of the price at the time of registration.
  
  
• Cancellations received after December 1, 2008 are non-refundable.
  
  
• No-shows will be charged full seminar fees. However, all registrations are transferable to another representative of your company at on-site registration.
